Stelco issues liquidation warning if reorganization plan is rejected

Court dates have been set for hearings on Stelco Inc.'s restructuring plan, according to the 39th Monitor's Report filed in the Hamilton, Ontario,-based company's bankruptcy case.
If the restructuring plan is accepted by creditors at a Nov. 21 meeting, a motion to sanction the plan will he heard by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in early December, the....
