Automotive components supplier Dana Corp., Toledo, Ohio, has agreed to acquire full ownership of several core joint-venture manufacturing operations in Mexico from DESC SA de CV.
Executives said Dana and DESC will dissolve the joint-venture partnership, Spicer SA de CV, and that Dana-which holds an indirect 49-percent interest in the partnership-will assume full ownership of the operations manufacturing and assembling axles and driveshafts, as well as forging and....
