Construction of electrowinning plant at Lisbon Valley is delayed

Construction at Constellation Copper Corp.'s Lisbon Valley copper mine in San Juan County, Utah, has been delayed.
Construction of the electrowinning plant and solution tank farm at the new mine was due to be completed this month but is now scheduled to be finished by the middle of December, said Gregory A. Hahn, president and chief executive officer of Constellation. The construction crew is still building a pipeline between the plant and the tank....
