Russian aluminum producers OAO Rusal and Sual Holding plan to invest $870 million by the end of 2006 to develop the Komi Aluminium project.
The total cost of the project is around $1.2 billion. The companies have already invested an estimated $200 million in the joint venture since 1997, and will spend another $720 million to construct....
