Umicore, Arcelor trimming stakes in Traxys

Umicore SA, Brussels, and Arcelor SA, Luxembourg, have agreed to sell 80 percent of their stakes in joint-venture trading company Traxys SA to a group led by Traxys' management for an undisclosed sum.
The two companies will sell their stakes to Mark Kristoff, Traxys' chief executive officer, Alan Docter and other senior executives of Traxys, along with New York-based private equity firms Pegasus Capital Advisors and Kelso & Co.....
