Arcelor still interested in Dofasco but it all depends on price Dollé

Arcelor SA, Luxembourg, whose unsolicited offer for Dofasco Inc. is aimed at making inroads into the North American automotive market, still considers itself the best suitor for the Hamilton, Ontario,-based steelmaker.
"It's too early to say we have no more interest in Dofasco, but we are not interested to the extent that we would be prepared to offer any price," said Arcelor president Guy Dollé. "We will take a decision based on creating value for our shareholders. We are still the best suitor,....
