Trafigura in 10-year concentrate offtake deal

Swiss trading company Trafigura Ltd. has signed a 10-year offtake agreement with PGM Ventures Corp. to purchase all copper, zinc and lead concentrate produced at PGM's Aguas Tenidas Mine in southern Spain.
The agreement calls for Trafigura to purchase the concentrates "on standard industry terms." At the end of the fifth year, PGM has the option to maintain the offtake agreement for another five years, switch to an agency agreement or buy....
