ThyssenKrupp AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, has mailed a circular to Dofasco Inc.'s shareholders detailing its offer for the Canadian steelmaker.
ThyssenKrupp emerged as a "white knight" bidder for Hamilton, Ontario,-based Dofasco after Arcelor SA, Luxembourg, launched a hostile takeover bid Nov. 23. The package mailed....
