SMS Demag AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, plans to purchase the 50-percent stake in Millcraft-SMS Services LLC, Washington, Pa., it doesn't already own.
The joint venture with Millcraft Industries Inc., Canonsburg, Pa., was established in January 2002 to offer repair and maintenance services to steelmakers.....
