ICG prices initial public offering at $11 a share

International Coal Group Inc., the company headed by former steel financier Wilbur L. Ross Jr., plans to sell 21 million shares of stock at $11 a share in an initial public offering (IPO).

The joint book-running managers are UBS Investment Bank and Lehman Brothers. Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Morgan Stanley also are underwriters.....
