ITC opts to keep import duties on forged stainless flanges

Existing anti-dumping duty orders on forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan will remain in place, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled after completing a five-year sunset review on imports of the product from the two nations.
The ITC decided Wednesday that revoking the existing anti-dumping duties on the product from India and Taiwan would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to domestic producers within a reasonably foreseeable time.....
