German plate maker Dillinger Hüttenwerke AG will bank one of its blast furnaces on Monday for upgrade work that will take about a month to complete.
The Dillingen-based company's No. 5 blast furnace will temporarily cease production beginning Dec. 12 for a routine upgrade, said Klaus Heller, the company's sales director. The maintenance work is expected to take 30 days, resulting in the....
