The fabricated copper products division of Outokumpu Oyj, which was sold to private equity firm Nordic Capital in April, will get a new name early next year, according to a source close to the company.

The name change at Outokumpu Copper Products Oy follows the introduction of new management as part of the $768-million acquisition by Stockholm, Sweden,-based Nordic Capital.

"The new name will probably be rolled out early next year and will reflect the changing shape of the company," the source said. "The management team is being reconfigured and the new owners are looking at all aspects of the business."....
