Judge suspends Rogers funds' suit vs. Refco

The judge overseeing the bankruptcy proceedings of Refco Inc. has put the brakes on legal action against the New York-based brokerage by two commodities funds backed by Jim Rogers, a fund entrepreneur.
Judge Robert D. Drain said Refco and the Rogers funds should discuss the possibility of a summary judgment or settlement, since other proceedings could push the funds in with other creditors of the company.....
