PITTSBURGH - Eramet SA has taken full ownership of U.S. ferrovanadium and ferromolybdenum producer Bear Metallurgical Co.
The Paris-based company previously owned 49.5 percent of Bear Metallurgical through its Freeport, Texas,-based subsidiary, Gulf Chemical & Metallurgical Corp.....
