Outokumpu offers UK site, but only to carbon steel processor

Outokumpu Oyj, Espoo, Finland, is looking for a buyer for its coil processing facility in Sheffield, England, but there's a catch Don't even think of handling stainless steel there.
Outokumpu, one of the world's largest stainless steel producers, plans to sell its 13-acre site in Sheffield, but only a portion could end up in the hands of a carbon steel processor. The 200,000-tonne-per-year stainless melt shop and rolling mill at the site will be closed permanently.....
