Molten metal accident kills one, hurts two at Russian nuke plant

A worker at a scrap smelter inside a Russian nuclear power plant was killed and two more were severely burned when molten metal splashed on the three men late Thursday, according to a report in the Moscow Times.
The 33-year-old worker died from his injuries Friday morning, according to Yuri Lameko, chief doctor of the hospital in Sosnovy Bor, a closed town near St. Petersburg, Russia. Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry said that the other two workers have burns over 90 percent of their bodies, the....
