Nonferrous exports jump to new high in Oct.

Nonferrous scrap exports set a fresh record in October, as did the aluminum scrap component, but copper was apparently constrained by limits on U.S. supply.
The grand total of 189,341 short tons exceeded the previous high set in May by 2 percent. Aluminum exports, at 109,035 tons, beat the previous high, also set this past May, by nearly 6 percent.....
