Glencore's top ferroalloys man said leaving

David Issroff, head of the ferroalloys division at Glencore International AG, is poised to leave his position with the Swiss trading company, market sources said.
Issroff, 39, is preparing to leave the company after 16 years, possibly heading to New York where he has a home in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, according to sources who know him.
Rumors of his impending departure have been circulating in the ferroalloys market for more than a year, but Issroff is now believed to be finalizing the details of a settlement package that could total as much as $400 million, the sources said.....
