Harsco acquires US, European steel service units of Brambles

Harsco Corp. has purchased the European and U.S. operations of an Australian counterpart, Brambles Industrial Services.
Harrisburg, Pa.,-based Harsco, which does processing, recycling and material handling for steel mills, said it paid $229 million for the business, modified by a working capital adjustment.....
