Sempra in offtake deal for cathode from Constellation's Lisbon Valley Constellation Copper Corp. has agreed to an offtake deal with trading house Sempra Metals & Concentrates Corp. for the sale and delivery of copper cathode from Constellation's planned Lisbon Valley project in Utah.
Stamford, Conn.,-based Sempra Metals will purchase all of the cathode produced by Lisbon Valley for the life of the project, Constellation said. Sempra Metals will pay a premium over the settlement price for copper on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.....
