Russel's net income climbs 'peak in the cycle' Russel Metals Inc., the Toronto-based metals distributor, rode the wave of higher steel prices and strong demand for steel products to a much-improved performance in the third quarter and nine-month period ended Sept. 30.
The company posted net income for the most recent quarter that was more than 16 times greater than in the same period last year on revenue that jumped 77.8 percent in the same comparison.....
