Dofasco, customer dispute contract terms

Dofasco Inc., Hamilton, Ontario, is in arbitration with an unnamed customer who is disputing terms of a terminated contract.
The steelmaker disclosed in its third-quarter 2004 earnings report released earlier this week that during the quarter it gave notice to a customer of the termination of a contractual steel supply arrangement that took effect Aug. 30. Dofasco didn't name the customer but said its rights to terminate the contract are being disputed by the customer pursuant to arbitration proceedings.....
