Mechel Steel Group becomes first Russian metals firm to list on NYSE

Mechel Steel Group OAO became Russia's first metals company to list on the New York Stock Exchange Friday.
The placement raised $291 million for the Moscow-based company.
Mechel said it placed approximately 13.9 million shares, or roughly 10 percent of its stock, in American Depositary Shares (ADS) at $21 each.....
