Ipsco Inc., Lisle, Ill., exited the third quarter with a higher-than-expected inventory of oil country tubular goods, which executives blamed on wet September weather.
But the future is anything but wet. David Sutherland, president and chief executive officer, said Ipsco had received strong commitments from customers in the fourth quarter and into the first quarter of 2005.....
