Rastogi, Jain appeals hearing pushed back

A decision on whether Viren Rastogi and Anand Jain, former executives of collapsed London metals trader RBG Resources Plc, can appeal a High Court ruling that ordered them to repay $307 million plus interest that the liquidator found missing from the company has been delayed.

The two men were due to appear in London's High Court this week, but the hearing was pushed back as legal representatives for the pair were unavailable.....
