WMC Resources leads cobalt mart lower, further weakening expected

The cobalt market continues to slide, lead by two recent sales by WMC Resources Ltd.

The Southbank, Australia,-based producer said it booked a sale via its Web site (www.wmc-cobalt.com) of less than five tonnes into Europe Nov. 3 at $17.50 a pound. It sold a similar tonnage at $17.95 a pound the previous day.....
