Commerce lists duty margins on Turkish rebar

In a final anti-dumping administrative review, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced final duty margins on imports of certain steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period of review, April 1, 2002, to March 31, 2003.
The review covers the following manufacturer-exporters Colakoglu Metalurji AS and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret (collectively "Colakoglu"); Diler Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret AS, Yazici Demir Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and Diler Dis Ticaret AS (collectively "Diler"); and Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi AS.....
