Aluminum dumping case against Hulett nixed by ITC

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has ruled that imports of series 6000 plate into the United States from South Africa didn't materially injure U.S. producers.
The decision frees South Africa's sole plate producer, Hulett Aluminum (Pty) Ltd., based in Pietermaritzburg, from dumping duties on imports into the U.S. market.....
