Economic cool-down misses hot provincial copper market

Secondary materials could play a pivotal role at a new processing center in southeastern China that aims to become a major finished copper products supplier to the country and the rest of the world.

According to an Interfax report, the Zhejiang provincial government in southeastern China has begun promoting copper scrap processing plants in the region, urging them to expand and increase production throughout the province.....
