Triune buys SET's metal forming operations

Automotive metal components supplier SET Enterprises Inc., Warren, Mich., has sold its forming business unit to an investment company affiliated with Viking Industries Inc., Solon, Ohio.
SET said it would focus on and expand its blanking and slitting operations.
Executives said in a statement that SET's forming business unit, which includes stamping, welding and assembly operations in Warren, Mich., had been sold to Triune LLC for an undisclosed price.....
