Striking union at Becancour, Alcoa to meet

Alcoa Inc., Pittsburgh, and the union representing striking workers at the Aluminerie de Becancour Inc. smelter in Quebec are set to meet early next week, an Alcoa spokesman said Thursday.

Alcoa said the province-appointed conciliator had asked the two sides to come together.....
