Scrap saga continues Court freezes Waxman's finances

Recent court rulings in Canada won't affect daily operations at the I. Waxman & Sons scrapyard while the ongoing feud over the company's fortune inches toward completion.
According to executives, the Hamilton, Ontario,-based scrap metal company won't be affected by a court order freezing Chester Waxman's finances.
"This is not going to affect business one bit," Chester Waxman said during a brief telephone interview. "Business has been very strong this season and we're having one of our best years ever."....
