Wis. added to Recycle America's consumer e-cycling list

Recycle America Alliance LLC (RAA), a unit of trash hauler Waste Management Inc., has added Wisconsin to the list of states in which it will directly accept consumers' discarded electronic equipment.

Both households and businesses can take defunct equipment to materials recovery facilities in Janesville, Madison, Milwaukee, Paper Valley and Superior where Recycle America already sorts such materials as paper and cans. Users of the new electronics dropoff service will be charged a fee, a company executive said.....
