WMC Resources Ltd., Southbank, Australia, has raised its offering price for cobalt to $17 a pound, although market participants are split over whether market sentiment is about to turn upward again.WMC spurred hopes of a price recovery following a sale at $16.50 a pound Friday and at $16.25 a pound the previous day.....
