Congo halts exports of cobalt heterogenite

The Democratic Republic of Congo has banned the export of cobalt heterogenite, according to reports from market participants.
The minister of mines reportedly acted over the weekend to prevent further material passing through its borders. Copper exports also could be affected, market sources said.....
