Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. (BSS) is claiming damages of 38.5 million rupees ($850,000) from Metco Marketing (India) Pvt. Ltd. in a civil suit following an explosion--blamed on live ammunition contained within a consignment of scrap--that killed 10 people at the steelmaker's Sahibabad Works Sept. 30.....
