Apex Silver Mines Ltd., Denver, has received approval from its board of directors to develop the San Cristobal project in Bolivia.
San Cristobal is Apex's flagship property. The company owns 100 percent of the open-pit silver, zinc and lead project in the Potosi district of southwest....
