AISI praises choice, says Bodman has strong Energy job credentials

A Washington steel group Monday praised the Bush administration's selection of Samuel Wright Bodman to succeed Spencer Abraham as U.S. Energy Secretary.

"The American Iron and Steel Institute and its U.S. member companies voice our strong support for Bodman's nomination," said Andrew G. Sharkey III, AISI president and chief executive officer. "His private-sector experience....
