US aluminum output dips in Nov.; year-to-date pace off 6.9% from '03

U.S. production of primary aluminum slipped 2.5 percent to 206,374 tonnes in November compared with the previous month and was down 3.9 percent from November 2003.
Average daily production of 6,878 tonnes was up fractionally from 6,828 tonnes in October, according to the latest data from the Aluminum Association, Washington.....
