Arizona Star leaves Bema's Johnson off board

Arizona Star Resource Corp., Vancouver, British Columbia, managed by Bema Gold Corp., voted in a new board Thursday that does not include Clive Johnson, Bema's president and chief executive officer.
Pan Atlantic Bank & Trust Ltd., Arizona Star's largest shareholder with 30 percent, "determined it was time for a change," said Paul Parisotto, Arizona Star's new president and chief executive officer. "Arizona Star should make its own decisions on what's best for Arizona Star."....
