Worthington issues $100M in 10-year notes

Metal processor Worthington Industries Inc., Columbus, Ohio, has issued $100 million of 10-year unsecured senior notes through a private placement, in part to finance a recent propane and specialty cylinder acquisition.
Executives said Wachovia Securities and Scotia Capital arranged the placement of the notes, which are due in 2014. The notes bear interest at a variable rate spread over six-month London Interbank....
