Bema looks to increase stake in Arizona Star

Bema Gold Corp., Vancouver, British Columbia, is looking to add to its 5-percent stake in Arizona Star Resources Corp. by making a stock swap offer to the Vancouver-based exploration company's shareholders.
The offer, 1.85 shares of Bema for every single share of Arizona Star, represents a 33-percent premium over Arizona Star's share price, according to Bema.....
