Wellspring caps deal to fold Tube City into Mill Services

Tube City Holdings LLC, Glassport, Pa., officially became part of Mill Services Corp. this week, completing a multimillion-dollar acquisition.
"Tube City and (Mill Services) are officially one company right now," said Michael Coslov, Tube City's chief executive officer, who retains that role with the new company. "The deal is done and we're really excited about this company's future."....
