Corus ousts chairman of Dutch board

By forcing the head of its Dutch management board to step down Dec. 23, Corus Group Plc sparked an unseasonal spat between its British and Dutch operations.
Peter Jongenburger, who became chairman of the management board of Corus Nederland BV (CNBV) four years ago, gave up the post--against his wishes, according to a Corus source--but retained his group-wide responsibilities as chief technology officer and managing director of research, development....
