Former auto scrapyard owner arrested

A former owner of a Kent, Wash., auto junkyard has been arrested by Washington State Police and charged with illegally disposing of gasoline and junk batteries.The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Region 10 office in Seattle said in a statement that Wei Guo Huang, also known as Larry Huang, was arrested by state police Dec. 14.....
