Former auto scrapyard owner arrested

A former owner of a Kent, Wash., auto junkyard has been arrested by Washington State Police and charged with illegally disposing of gasoline and junk batteries.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Region 10 office in Seattle said in a statement that Wei Guo Huang, also known as Larry Huang, was arrested by state police Dec. 14.....
