Ryerson Tull gets Integris antitrust approval

Metals service center giant Ryerson Tull Inc. expects to complete its purchase of Integris Metals Inc., Minneapolis, early next month after receiving an expedited ending to the antitrust review by U.S. regulators.
Executives said the company had received an early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and that the waiting period for the Integris acquisition under Canada's Competition Act also had expired.....
