Argentina's Tenaris to get $126M in Fintecna arbitration settlement

Tenaris SA, Buenos Aires, said Wednesday a final award has been made in its arbitration proceedings against Italy's Fintecna SpA.
The Argentinean producer of seamless steel pipe products will receive about $126 million from Fintecna, a state-owned entity and successor to Ilva SpA, the former owner of Tenaris' Dalmine....
