Lead exports post 22.2% gain in October

U.S. lead scrap exports surpassed 5,000 short tons in October after a five-month slump below that benchmark.
Shipments to Canada, the top-ranked destination, were wholly responsible.
South Korea, a distant second in quantity, posted its weakest total since October 2003. China, which occasionally led the pack in 2003, took absolutely no lead scrap for the fourth time in five months.....
